Laiba Idrees
Laiba Idrees has founded and led multiple student initiatives, built large-scale pre-law and civic engagement programming, and hosted major networking events connecting hundreds of students with attorneys, CEOs, and professionals. She operates directly within institutional decision-making spaces that shape student life at scale.
Through studying psychology and working closely with students, Laiba identified what traditional leadership programs miss: students aren't held back by lack of ability—they're held back by lack of identity and limiting beliefs about leadership. She founded ACTUALIZE and its framework to change that.
Built on the Awareness → Agency → Action framework, ACTUALIZE helps students understand who they are, take ownership of their role, and move toward their highest potential through intentional action.
