Laiba Idrees
Founder & Executive Director
Laiba Idrees founded ACTUALIZE after recognizing that students aren't held back by lack of ability—they're held back by limiting beliefs about who gets to lead.
Through studying applied psychology and organizing campus programming, she built the Awareness → Agency → Action framework to help students move from self-doubt to purposeful action. ACTUALIZE is designed to intervene at the identity level, where belief determines whether action occurs.
